I can't recommend Martin and his team more. They were exceptionally helpful the day we viewed caravans, and on the day of delivery they went above and beyond to help us.nnWe visited several caravan sellers whilst looking for the right one and nobody could compare to the quality and service Martin and his team offered.nDefinitely get your next caravan from these guys!

We were looking for a hobby caravan but could not find anything in north east England .nLooked up hobby caravans on Google and came across MB Caravans Dunstable owner Martin Berry after a quick look at his web site & a phone call decided to make the journey from Newcastle to Dunstable not knowing what to expect .nTurns out it was the best decision we could of made Martin Berry showed us around his hundreds of German top quality caravans.nVery well priced & gave great advise also offered delivery to the Scottish Borders .nThanks once again Martin would highly recommend this company.nPs even got a free crate of beer ??

I bought my caravan coming up to three years ago. Brand new. Delivered to my home. Perfect, or so I thoughtnAfter care was awful. The guy is a cad. I had a snag list of issues, plus I had a major internal door that was coming off the track. There was a design fault. The kitchen units were all out of line and the central heating pipes were squashed behind the kitchen units and couldn’t be used as they were damaged. He failed to respond to any of my emails. I had one or two responses from one of his part time occasional work colleagues who felt his hands were tied as Martin/Patrick Berry were only the ones able to make the decision. I ended up having to pay out £900 for a new internal door myself. Once he was your cash he isn’t interested in helping. Oh and he isn’t an official Hobby Dealership. After going to Hobby Direct they couldn’t help me.nPlease, please please DO NOT buy any caravans from this person. It’s not worth the money. Go to a reputable dealership. There are some official Hobby dealerships in the UK.nnMartin Berry has just updated my review stating that my caravan was three years out of warranty and had been subject to misuse.nIt was six months into the warranty and has been on a seasonal pitch and only used by myself. I have never called him and all done via email professionally and above board. Hobby UK have confirmed that he is not an official dealership and they couldn’t help me.nI have proof of all emails to and from his business. I can screen shot and attach photos. I bought the caravan in May 2021. The snag list was raised in June 2021.nKitchen drawers not level, heating pipes crushes behind kitchen units, bathroom door slipping off rail.nI invested 33k into the van. It cost me a fortune to put right. Please consider going elsewhere for a Hobby.
